INTRODUCTION of AMR in the EKR.

In East Kazakhstan, according to the Decree of the Government of the REPUBLIC of KAZAKHSTAN and the instructions of the head of State, a system of commercial account of electric power.

At the beginning of the year 2015 AMR reached more than 15000 subscribers in Ust-Kamenogorsk, Semey, Zyryanovsk and Glubokoe.

In 2015 year JSC «EKREC»  plans to connect to the system order 22000 subscribers by UST-Kamenogorsk. This process involves the replacement of conventional accounting accounting device device with the function of remote transmission of the testimony. Thus simplified the process of reading, which is very convenient and the company and the consumer, because it guarantees the timely billing and no errors in the assessment.

Necessity of applying such a system dictated by the intensive development of modern energy. That is why, as well as, in accordance with Government resolution of the Republic of Kazakhstan from April 30, 2011 № 473 «On approval of the program of modernization of housing and communal services and terms of use of electricity» and JSC«EKREC» is doing a great job on the creation of AMR.

All costs for the introduction of AMR JSC «EKREC» takes over. This system is being implemented within the framework of the investment program.

JSC «EKREC» asks residents of the city to assist employees in replacement of meters. Introduction of the AMR is broad international practice, the results of which are profitable and companies and consumers.

The annex contains a list of addresses where the replacement of metering in the year 2015.
